  • Plan, control & implement the Company PC&L operation to support the Company to achieve the target

  • Develop, review and update policies and work standards that support the attainment of Mission and Goals.

  • Actively participate in the management of policies and work standards

  • Insure the Production Control department effectively serves the needs of the entire plant.

  • Optimize the supplier chain management through Production Planning, Materials Planning and logistic support to reduce the cost and inventory and increase inventory turn.

  • Cross function with other internal departments and external sources, to resolve both issues and conflicts that form barriers to the attainment of supplying chain related issues and our Mission and Goals.

  • Hire, terminate, discipline, evaluate performance and authorize overtime for subordinate.

  • Assure adherence to all Work Standards.

  • As a member of the our Management Team, always set the highest level of expectation on any health or safety related issue
