Your role:
Responsible for the Management of Maintenance Department/Areas of Castelo Branco Plant and their activities in accordance with current procedures and methodologies, ensuring timely compliance with customer requirements and product quality;

- Ensure the continuity of production within the Plant (Corrective and Preventive Maintenance);
- Ensure the organization and cleaning of the "spare parts" supermarket;
- Supervise inventories of technical resources and spare parts;
- Monitor and ensure the execution of preventive maintenance plans and define action plans;
- Participate in the selection and approval of equipment and coordinate and control its installation;
- Draw up action plans, namely corrective or preventive measures;
- Define, together with the Plant Manager and the HR Manager, the human resources needs of the Maintenance and Continuous Improvement Departments/Areas of the Castelo Branco Plant, in accordance with the business plan and strategic objectives
- Ensure compliance with the audit plan.
Your Background:
- Higher Education in Maintenance Areas (preferably Production or Industrial);
- Fluent knowledge of written and verbal English;
- Good knowledge in cable production (preferred);
- Ability to plan, organize and manage, work under pressure; Teamwork, interpersonal and leadership skills.
