Position Summary
Lead the Process and Industrial Engineering in the Plant and leadership as well execution for new projects launching activities delivering key performance targets according to CAPEX and Equipment Capacity involving safety, quality, productivity, volumes and cost. Ensure our manufacturing strategy is implemented and is fully effective and strive to build a high performing organization.

Your Role
Develop manufacturing systems for new products/processes/flows/tools that meet the quality and capacity requirements of the client and demonstrate the process capability with its PPAP.
1) Design review (Global Engineering and Process Team)
2) Coordinate inputs with the rest of the team
3) Validation of operation, Run and Rates and Customer first demands
4) Safety, Ergonomics & Environmental equipment releases
5)Documentation for Process Operation Release
Responsible to release process according to Project KPIs 0-0-100-100-90

Carry out the purchase and installation process for machinery and equipment:
1) Obtain funds, CAPEX Management and Control
2) Quotation and acquirement of machines, tooling and Facility Preparation, Following since PR up to PO
Traits we seek
Attend customer meetings to flow down the requirements related to define process (Machines, Headcount, Cycle Time, VSM, etc,)
Supplier management during the execution of activities related to the project being launched.
Management and Responsibility for continuous optimization of the production process in accordance with current standards such as IATF16949
Responsible to Define, Maintain and Optimize process parameters and support root cause analysis on OEE improvement and / Or Quality Claims.
Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications):
- Engineering degree or related field of study
- +3 years of experience as Industrial Engineer
- +3 years of experience as Project Manager
- Advanced English level
- Leadership
- Cross-functional teams experience
