We are seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Director to lead and oversee HR functions across two legal entities and all company segments at a country level.

This key role will drive execution and customization of the global Talent Strategy, ensure seamless operations, and contribute to the business's success by managing staffing, people metrics, and supporting HR initiatives.

Epernon is the preferred location. We offer flexibility for the position to be based in Villepinte, provided there is weekly travel to Epernon where our Manufacturing plant is located with an important head count. The presence of the HRD is highly recommended.

Your Role:

  • Execution of Global Talent Strategy: Customize and implement the global Talent Strategy and People Agenda across the business unit(s) and geography.
  • Staffing Management: Collaborate with business leaders to assess staffing needs and determine team size. Work closely with finance and resourcing teams to monitor recruitment activities and address gaps.
  • People Metrics Monitoring: Track and report on key people metrics for the business unit(s), proactively addressing talent risks and gaps in attraction, retention, and engagement.
  • Compensation & Performance Management: Support the execution of annual compensation and performance cycles. Partner with HR COEs and business leaders to finalize recommendations within timelines and policies.
  • Global HR Projects & Change Management: Play a vital role as a Change Champion in business transitions and structural changes. Lead or support global HR projects affecting the business unit(s) or geography.
  • Talent Development: Develop a roadmap for technical competencies to ensure the right skill sets are in place within the team.
  • Communications Strategy Execution: Design and implement the communication strategy for the business unit, ensuring clear messaging and engagement across audiences.
  • HR Processes & Operations: Partner with internal teams and external parties to design and implement HR processes, including payroll, HR operations, learning and development, and more.
  • Employee Relations & Management Support: Facilitate conflict resolution and provide support to managers on employee relations issues.
  • Policy Development: Develop HR policies tailored to the local conditions while maintaining alignment with global standards.

Your Background:

  • 5 years experience in a senior HR leadership role preferably up to 5 years, preferably across multiple legal entities and business segments.
  • Experience in at least 3 HR Focus Areas: Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, HR Generalist, HR Operations, HRIS, Learning & Development
  • Background in Haman resources Management, Business Management, Law or equivalent,
  • Strong expertise in talent management, employee relations, staffing, and HR metrics.
  • Experience with global HR projects and driving change management initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders including worker council.
  • Strong understanding of local and global HR policies and regulations.
  • Proven Ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Practical Knowledge of general labor law related matters in different geographies and continents as well as cultural differences
  • Creative approach in problem & conflict solving
  • Strong people and business focus, understanding company's business model and direction
  • Ability to execute talent strategies and people agenda for the aligned business unit
  • Ability to link people cost with business outcomes and financial targets
  • Fluency in English and French are a must.
