Natalie's Orchid Island Juice is in search of an HR Director for a fast-paced, family-owned, and operated authentically fresh, clean-label juice company. ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a people-driven HR Director who will inspire and motivate those around them to join us on our purpose-driven journey to create the world's best juice. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative work culture, have a background in organization development, and can support teams at scale. This candidate will bring creative solutions to a growing organization, has the ability to be hands-on, and has a collaborative approach to their work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable for end-to-end talent acquisition strategy; attracting and hiring the best global talent across all levels and departments.
Oversee talent acquisition programs and operations, including the evolution and enhancement of employment branding.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of business priorities and the ability to translate these into a talent acquisition strategy for the organization
Responsible for all facets of talent acquisition and play a key role in promoting a culture of high engagement and high performance.
Knowledge of recruiting issues and trends, labor laws, and legislative initiatives that have implications of the business.
Ensure that diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the center of all talent acquisition programs and strategies.
Manage and facilitate the overall Performance Summary Cycle and employee engagement survey throughout the year
Inspire and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the business
Design and facilitate team and offsite meetings as needed
Support the business strategy by identifying, prioritizing, and building organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes
Partner with leaders to establish plans and deliver solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and drive results. Develop a people strategy that is focused on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent, and overall business performance.
Manage specific projects as well as participate in on-going functional and cross-functional initiatives
Promote feedback mechanisms and employee surveys to influence the continuous improvement of employee experiences and business outcomes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition function supporting global teams in high growth companies, preferably in the CPG/Beverage sector. This will include experience across a variety of generalist and specialist roles including talent management, talent acquisition, organizational design, and employee + labor relations
Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Able to combine great people intuition, business judgment and discretion in your decision-making
Leadership Coaching
Experience providing business partnership and support to a diverse group of leaders and executives
Knowledge of HR compliance regulations, employment laws, and industry best practices
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal), the ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities and adapt to a fluid, high-growth environment
Proven experience in conflict resolution and management practices within a complex, global and matrixed environment
Consultative approach to a strategic partnership.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including organizational design, succession planning, performance management, diversity/inclusion, business consulting, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, culture keeper, employee engagement, coaching/development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis to inform strategy, employee relations
Demonstrated experience learning and leading in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams
Demonstrates empathy and experience driving diversity & inclusion strategies
