EMEA Tax Manager - Strategic Planning and Controversy
We are looking for a highly talented and motivated Tax Manager to join our team in Dublin, Ireland or Schaffhausen, Switzerland, to support our EMEA Tax Lead.

Your Role:
- Develop effective planning opportunities and controversy resolution strategies.
- Research complex (international) tax and transfer-pricing issues.
- Draft internal memos, analysis, and financial models.
- Translating data from a range of sources into insights and deliverables.
- Building effective long-term relationships with our business teams and external advisors.
- Communicating complex tax issues to our business teams, tax auditors, and courts.
- Interest in the technology automotive industry is a plus.

Your Background:
- Must haves: Intelligence, passion, and integrity... people that want to do big things, have fun doing it, and are able to collaborate to get things done... people that make this a better place to work for all around them with positive attitude, work ethic, and drive.
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience, ideally 5-7 years' experience in a professional advisory tax organization (Big 4 or law firm is a plus). Specifically experience in one or more of the following areas:
- International Tax,
- Transfer Pricing,
- Tax Controversy matters, and / or
- Operating Model Efficiency, Value Chain Transformation, or similar global supply chain structuring teams a plus.
- Familiarity with US GAAP, IFRS, and statutory accounting standards a plus.
- A degree in law, finance, business administration, economics, accounting or similar.
- An ACCA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Ability and interest in global travel and operating in a fast paced environment.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in Ireland and Switzerland.
- Demonstrated written and oral communication or presentation skill highly valued.
- Familiarity and ability to use excel, ppt, and word required; SAP awareness positive.
