EHS Engineer/Sr Engineer - Dharuhera
Roles & Responsibilities :
- To advise and assist the factory management in the fulfilment of its obligation, statutory or otherwise, concerning prevention of personal injuries and maintaining safe working environment
- To advice the concern department in planning and organizing measures necessary for the effective control of personal injuries
- To carry out plant safety inspections to observe the physical conditions of work and the work practices and procedures followed by workers and to render advice on measures to be adopted for removing the unsafe physical conditions and preventing unsafe action by worker
- To organize in association with the concerned department, campaigns, competitions, contests, and other activities, which will develop and maintain the interest of the workers in establishing and maintaining safe conditions of work procedures
- To ensure information regarding local legal compliance is current (knows, understands, and communicates)
- To coordinate for Management EHS walk and ensure its compliance through follow-up mechanism.
- To support in investigate the dangerous occurrence reported under rule Factories Act, 1943 and case of industrial diseases contracted by any of the workers employed in the factory reportable under this act

Eligibility/Qualifications/ : B.E. / B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical /Chemical
Overall Experience : 3 - 5 years
Relevant Work Experience : minimum 3 years in manufacturing Industry
Certification/License : Govt. Approved Advanced Diploma in Industrial safety (preferably from RLI)
