We are looking for a person with specialist Business and Systems Analysis skills to join our Global Data Privacy and Protection team. You will either have relevant OneTrust experience or are a fast, willing and resourceful learner, with relevant transferrable experience. You will be responsible for providing technical and business analysis expertise to the Privacy team on data management , reporting and OneTrust configuration enhancements or issues.
Your Role
- Supporting the Privacy team as a technical tooling and data analysis expert.
- Troubleshooting and providing internal technical support for all OneTrust system issues, including liaising with OneTrust Support.
- Provide proficient data analysis, modelling, cleansing and visualisation.
- Use different data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI. Etc
- Provide incident support and analysis.
- Transforming raw data into actionable insights through analytics and tailored reporting.
- Designing reporting dashboards and extracting relevant KPIs etc.
- Investigating OneTrust functionality, liaising with OneTrust Customer Success Representative and Account Executive, recommend solutions to satisfy business requirements.
- Managing relevant OneTrust communications, functionality and configurations.
- Providing OneTrust training to different internal stakeholders.
- Managing and implementing OneTrust change to schedule, including UAT design and test before go-live.
- Able to propose process design changes based on tool functionality.
- New user set-up and granting of appropriate privileges.
- Conducting data mapping, batch uploads, data quality monitoring and improvement.
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders as requested, in support of the Privacy Office team.
- Supporting cross-functional Data Privacy process development, change and activities.
- Ability to support technical implementations, either in existing or new tools, including business support, system integrations, requirements gathering, process and workflow design and data management.
- Carrying-out other ad-hoc duties as requested.

Your Background
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (required).
- Educated in a relevant field such as Information Technology and Systems or Data Management and Analytics (preferred).
- Knowledge of OneTrust or other Privacy Management software (added advantage).
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) in English.
- System Analysis experience (required).
- Business Analysis experience (preferred).
