Your Role:
- Coordinating procurement processes related to investments in the Cable Engineering and Innovation department.
- Creating technical specifications and machine documentation, as well as coordinating activities related to selecting and purchasing the appropriate equipment.
- Developing and designing cables while continuously improving products to ensure optimal quality.
- Defining equipment requirements and the scope of cable testing, ensuring compliance with technical standards and requirements.
- Implementing and verifying customer requirements within internal cable testing procedures to guarantee high quality and compliance.
- Coordinating cable and component tests, monitoring their progress and results in line with project timelines.
- Leading and coordinating "ADP" projects related to cable products, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
- Actively participating in ISO committees and other technical standardization committees, ensuring adherence to international quality standards.
- Overseeing products from the prototyping phase to mass production, ensuring compliance with technical and quality requirements.
- Managing, controlling, and creating M-specifications for cables and materials to align with current standards.
- Creating, supervising, and implementing changes in Aptiv Part Number records for cables and materials.
- Planning risk mitigation activities, ensuring alignment with risk management procedures and process optimization.
- Collaborating closely with departments responsible for the development and production of automotive components to ensure process efficiency.
- Collecting, updating, and sharing knowledge from previous projects to support the development of best practices.
- Understanding and applying quality systems as well as Health and Safety procedures to ensure compliance with internal regulations and standards.
- Organizing work effectively, setting task priorities, and reporting progress to supervisors, ensuring timely task completion.
- Providing technical support for factories, assisting in resolving technical issues, and optimizing production processes.
