Our Team
•CMP Service Business Unit (CMP SBU) is focused on service value creation including development of new service products and capabilities to drive service business growth. We lead key initiatives to achieve service business goals and leverage core competencies in product marketing, program management, semiconductor equipment and field service.
The opportunity and what you'll do:
•CMP SBU is seeking a team player who is passionate about enabling business growth in a cross-functional environment, influencing new product designs, and contributing to development of innovative service products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service business growth
o Responsible for creation and maintenance of Service Should Cost Models (SSCM) during product life cycle.
o CMP SBU focal point for commercial interaction with Sales, BD, Marketing, FSO and other key stakeholders for new and existing business.
o Ability to quantify customer value by way of Economic Value Assessment (EVA) or similar approaches.
o Drive/influence Service Product Roadmap and CIP (Continuous Improvement Programs) to ensure high value delivery for service.
o Support tool design and service tooling to create and capture value.
o Support IP Strategy and Design for Protection & Residual Value assessments.
• Enable new service products
o Support the discovery of customer High Value Problem (HVP).
o Drive cross-function program/projects as needed to introduction new service products.
o Incorporate strategic initiatives including Digital Tools, Repair/Refurb, and PPACt into Service Product portfolio.
o Capture Best Known Method (BKMs) to drive value services.
• Support customer engagement
o Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support strategic field requirements.
o Drive key initiatives and meet customer requirements to enable Wafer Fab Equipment and Services growth.
• Support corporate strategic initiatives including annual Strategic Planning and Quarterly Product Reviews.

U.S. Salary Range:
$100,000.00 - $136,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
