TEAM OVERVIEW:

Metal Deposition Products are one of the key and critical steps. MDP Service Business Unit (CMP SBU) is focused on service value creation, development of new service products and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports quality, productivity, and sustaining engineering initiatives partnering with customers and operations.
  • Supports SBU service product development through the creation of equipment health monitors.
    • Gather operational and test data and evaluates results.
    • Critical part lifetime modelling.
  • Uses basic engineering and DFx principles to estimate and reduce field and/or product costs and improve delivered product quality.
    • Determine time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements.
  • Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders.
    • Coordinate internal stakeholders to support field requirements.
  • Will support the implementation of cost reduction roadmap
  • Assists in the management of strategic vendor issues
  • Supports all changes to the product after product release
    • whether driven by engineering, quality, safety, customer demands or supply obsolesce

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Semiconductor applications and services experience desired.
  • Strong program management and product lifecycle management experience.
  • Positive can-do hands-on entrepreneurial attitude that builds support for RD&E needs.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal presence that extends confidence and humility.
  • Critical thinking and ability to influence and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, finance, marketing, strategy, management).
  • Excellent personal time management and project management skills.

REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's Degree- Science/Engineering related degree (Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, Physics, Electrical, or related field).
  • 3.0 or above GPA preferred

U.S. Salary Range:
$80,000.00 - $110,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
