Chemical Mechanical Polisher is one of the key and critical steps. CMP Service Business Unit (CMP SBU) is focused on service value creation, development of new service products and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Closely work with CMP BU to integrate AGS products. Accountable for driving the service readiness throughout the Product Life Cycle of Wafer Fab Equipment.
    • Work with Business Unit on their NPIs (New Product Introductions) to prepare and embed service product offerings.
    • Define/approve Product application support plans for service product offers.

  • Make sure Products meet all requirements; CoO, MTTR, MTBC, SDUT, etc
  • Work with team on AGS DFi, DFs, etc.
  • Training: AGS-TS, FSO, SBU FSO Team, TSE, PSE, Digital Tool Team, FabVantage Team, etc.
  • Residue value capture.
  • Perform analysis, summaries, as well as develop and transfer package of new applications / platforms to product division and customer support team. Spares, Training, Tooling, AIx, etc
  • Support SBU service product development.
    • Provides guidance/input to the field on impacts of part/supplier changes.
    • Review parts qualification data package.
  • Owns product change management (PCM) and control
    • Unreleased product approval and control
    • ECO (Engineering Change Order) approval
    • Implementation of PCN (Part Change Notification), with Global Product Support
    • Manages field service related activities, reviews approves and filters all system feedback activities that will have customer impact
  • Initiate and drive CIPs (Continuous Improvement Programs) for the product where appropriate. Technical improvement, reliability, commonality, NSR (Non Standard Request) reduction, option reduction etc. Release Hardware CIP (Continuous Improvement Program) and options to structure tree
  • Owns common modules roadmap and implementation post Phase 5 of ePLC.
  • Support or Lead as necessary effort and coordination between various intercompany groups (such as operations, Engineering and Global Program Management) to achieve divisional cost targets and improve operational metrics for reduction in Build cycle time, Period, Burden and Variance
  • Manage all changes to the product after product release. whether driven by engineering, quality, safety, customer demands or supply obsolesce

  • Functional Knowledge

    • Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
      • Read Mechanical Drawings, Schematics, P&IDs, etc.
    • 7 years BU / Application / Platform experience.
    • Program Management skills
    • Skilled at Microsoft Office suite
    • Can create material to be presented to large groups
    • Programming (C++, HTML, python, JMP, Matlab, Excel.....

    • Has Semi-space awareness; Regions, customer, segments.
    • Has knowledge of best practices, integrate AGS and BU best practices into common spaces; aware of the competition (AGS and BU) and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

    U.S. Salary Range:
    $163,000.00 - $224,000.00

    The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

    For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
