Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results driven Finance Analyst to join the Global Field group (GFG) finance team. This position reports into the Director, Finance and will partner with the Account General Managers (AGMs) in North America/ Europe to provide overall finance support, drive finance operating rhythm, spend governance and support the team in optimizing Days Sales Outstanding and cash flow improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary finance partner and first point of contact for the Regional General manager of North America and Field Operations leadership teams
  • Lead quarterly and annual budgeting cycles, quarterly business reviews, scenario analysis, headcount modeling and quarter end close process
  • Perform variance analysis, identify key drivers of financial performance, highlight risks and opportunities and provide insightful recommendations to guide management decision making
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Planning team in designing and executing the new cost allocation model to Business Units
  • Support in analysis of Accounts Receivables and opportunities to improve days sales outstanding
  • Support various ad-hoc project analysis as required. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and validate financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and implement improvements in finance processes
  • Manage and guide the IBM Guadalajara (ACE) team in the weekly tracking & cost management of North America and Field Operations groups

Key Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial planning and analysis and business partnering
  • Strong data collation, manipulation, reporting and modeling skills. Experience with financial systems (SAP & BPC ERP System, Tableau or Power BI) a plus
  • Excellent influencing and customer relationship skills with an ability to collaborate broadly
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Proactive, passionate, curious individual with strong desire to learn and grow
  • Bachelor's degree in business/accounting/finance or related field (Master's Degree/MBA Preferred)
  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A or accounting roles

U.S. Salary Range:
$106,000.00 - $146,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
