Join our dynamic Finance Systems and Integration (FSI) team as a Finance Systems Analyst, where you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our financial systems strategy. You will engage in efforts to develop our Close Management roadmap, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance within our Record to Report processes. This mid-level role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and technology, with a focus on quality, innovation, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Maintenance & Administration: Oversee team members' work in Blackline, SAP, and SmartClose to eliminate data discrepancies, redundancy, and improve overall system quality.
  • Control Environment: Ensure the system control environment aligns with SOX compliance requirements and support internal and external audit requirements and testing.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with IT and external Blackline support teams to deliver effective solutions and resolve issues promptly.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Finance users to identify improvement opportunities, implement enhancements, and efficiently solve real-time problems.
  • Training & Development: Develop and deliver comprehensive training and provide guidance for finance and cross-functional end-user communities.
  • M&A Integration: Support mergers, acquisitions, and reorganization efforts as needed.
  • Innovation & Integration: Drive process innovation and explore adjacent processes and technologies to understand their impact on the Close Management domain.
  • Strategic Design: Utilize your expertise in SAP, Blackline, and SmartClose to maintain, design, and implement new and existing finance processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Strive for continuous close, automated processes, and the proliferation of advanced capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. An additional degree in Computer Science or MIS is a plus.
  • 4+ years of Financial Accounting and/or Financial Planning & Analysis, with experience in performing account reconciliations, journal entry, and fiscal period/quarter end close procedures.
  • 4+ years experience in R2R Processes and/or Audit Controls, preferably supporting annual SOX testing and control monitoring.

U.S. Salary Range:
$88,000.00 - $121,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
