Deine Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Mechanischer und elektrischer Aufbau, funktionstechnische Inbetriebnahme und Betreiben von neuen Anlagen und Komponenten, sowie am Standort installierten Vakuumanlagen, Testständen deren Pumpen und anderer Peripheriegeräte
  • Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern sowie Wartung / Reparatur bzw. Organisation der Wartung / Reparatur von Laboranlagen
  • Mechanischer und elektrischer Umbau, Planung und Vorbereitung der Anlagen für Versuche für die Prozesstechnik
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise auch ohne technische Zeichnungen und Stücklisten, Dokumentation der durchgeführten Umbauten
  • Durchführung von Versuchen, Auswertung der Daten und Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse unter Anleitung der Prozesstechnik
  • Beratung und Unterstützung bei der Einweisung von Fremd- und Kundenpersonal
  • Unterstützung anderer Abteilungen wie z.B. Konstruktion und R&D
  • Unterstützung des Teamleiters als stellvertretender Teamleiter
  • Umsetzung und Einhaltung der AMAT spezifischen iQMS Inhalte im Verantwortungsbereich sowie kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung

Mindestqualifikationen:

  • Relevante Berufsausbildung,
  • Idealerweise Weiterbildung zum Techniker, Betriebswirt oder Meister
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
