Key Responsibilities
Extensive hands-on work in cleanroom to perform experiments, including process and characterize samples with various methods, hardware installation, inspection and troubleshooting. Design, collect data, analyze and compile reports on a variety of difficult process engineering experiments, within safety guidelines. Provide root cause analysis and mechanism to explain the experimental data. Perform hardware characterization on a variety of difficult systems, within safety guidelines. Provide feedback to cross-functional team to improve hardware design based on the characterization. Troubleshoot a variety of complex problems, perform Root Cause Analysis and resolve a variety of difficult process engineering issues Generate internal and external documentation for products, presentations and technical reports Interact with customers to resolve a variety of difficult process engineering issues/problems with limited supervision Measure film properties and interpret data Identify, select and work with vendors and suppliers with limited supervision Implement new technology, products and analytical instrumentation Flexible working hours to adapt hardware availability, customer requirement, and team schedule.

Education: Master/Doctoral Degree with major in Physics (preferred), Materials Science, or Electrical Engineering.

U.S. Salary Range:
$124,000.00 - $171,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
