This, in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team is, in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers. Apple is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented individual to join our Strategy, Demand Generation and Enablement team supporting US Education Sales in the United States. As a Demand Generation Lead, you will be responsible for business development by leading the strategy, development, planning, and execution of demand generation programs that align with key sales initiatives. These initiatives include, but are not limited to, webinars, email campaigns, and other engagement strategies to generate qualified leads and support the sales pipeline. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on approach, focusing on lead generation, campaign execution, and continuous optimization based on data-driven insights. A key component of this role is measuring lead and content quality, marketing campaign effectiveness, and overall return on investment (ROI). In this position, you will also stay up-to-date on market trends, gather and interpret data, and apply insights to inform new programs and enhance existing ones. This role requires up to 25% domestic travel.

Description

In this role, you will: - Lead demand generation efforts for the Education market by developing and executing data-driven marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and lead conversion. - Leverage market analysis and segmentation strategy, penetration analysis, and engagement model to inform demand generation strategy for your segment. - Align demand generation programs with key sales initiatives, leveraging webinars, events, email campaigns, and other engagement strategies to drive pipeline growth. - Partner internally to create a strategic demand generation plan that ensures cross-functional sales efforts and maximizes Apple's reach within the Education segment. - Develop targeted messaging and campaigns that resonate with Education stakeholders throughout the United States. - Measure and analyze lead quality, content effectiveness, and campaign ROI, leveraging insights to optimize future marketing efforts. - Stay up to date on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform new programs and enhance existing initiatives. - Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless execution of demand generation campaigns and enable them with the necessary tools, resources, and insights. - Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Services, Sales Enablement, and Sales Operations to drive demand generation deliverables. - Participate in field events, workshops, customer meetings, and executive briefings as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Deep background in demand generation, from strategy to execution, within the Education market
  • Experience developing and delivering content, events, workshops, and campaigns to drive engagement and lead conversion
  • Expertise in marketing analytics, campaign measurement, and using insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background working within K-12 and Higher Education is a plus
  • Significant marketing experience with a results-driven, data-informed approach
  • Proven ability to develop and execute demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth and support sales initiatives
  • Strategic thought leadership with a broad-scale understanding of Education challenges and opportunities, and how Apple can help address them
  • Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and influence across all levels, internally and externally.
  • Ability to operate in a national context and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders of different backgrounds and perspectives
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams, timelines, and deliverables while continuously optimizing demand generation efforts

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $115,100 and $173,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
