Here in Worldwide Developer Relations, we work diligently to ensure that developers have all the support they need to create the apps that impact the lives of all our customers. If you're passionate about playing a key role in empowering Apple developers to thrive globally, this position could be the perfect fit for you! There are countless ways you'll contribute here, whether you're coordinating technology needs for product launches, crafting specifications for developer and internal tools, or investigating fraud and abuse risks.

Description

We are looking for a technical systems analyst to support a number of tools and services supporting the Apple Developer Program. In this role, you will work closely with product and engineering teams to contribute detailed technical requirements. You will work with teams across multiple areas at Apple, including Apple Pay, App Store Connect, and Legal, acting as a technical expert on the ways in which these teams can impact the developer experience. You will also be responsible for designing and scaling internal tools used to manage and review developer requests and capabilities. You should excel at constantly seeing-around-corners, designing systems that scale to support many use cases - known and unknown - and to reduce the footprint of custom, single-purpose tools. You should be equally comfortable configuring these systems, and jumping in to investigate issues that arise. It will be essential in this role to deeply understand the Apple developer experience - from idea, to enrollment in the Apple Developer Program, to building and submitting to the App Store. You will support initiatives as deep as provisioning profile enhancements, to as broad as designing fraud mitigations in the enrollment process. You will partner with teams in Security, Privacy, and App Store engineering to work on complex problems.
