We develop and manage Apple's global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers in our facilities around the world. The Space Planning team is responsible for establishing and driving efficient real estate strategies which support Apple's corporate space needs. We are seeking an action-oriented, highly organized and collaborative program manager to join our team to support key workplace planning initiatives and overall real estate strategy through best in class project management, process implementation, and extensive collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Description
The Space Planning Program Manager will be responsible for supporting strategic workplace planning initiatives related to the ongoing optimization of Apple's corporate space portfolio. They will apply best practices in program and project management, and work cross functionally with Construction and Development, Transactions, Facilities, Workplace Analytics, senior Places leadership and cross-organizational planning partners. The role will report to the Senior Manager for Global Space Planning and Workplace Analytics. Design and implement project management practices for SCV and AMR Space Planning Document end-to-end space planning process from project intake to final hand offs, along with general space planning guidelines Build templates for project overviews, executive summaries, detailed cross-functional action plans, work flows and timelines Design style guides and deck templates for Space Planning and Workplace Analytics. Provide communications and project tracking support to bi-annual strategic planning process for overall corporate real estate portfolio
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Real Estate, Business Administration, Project Management, Facilities Management, Architecture, Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with a Masters, or 5+ years of experience in corporate real estate, strategic workplace planning or project/program management, preferably within a large technology company
Preferred Qualifications
- Thinks critically and creatively about how to regularly improve process and operations.
- Very proactive, responsive, and upbeat with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience working with all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated success in handling multiple projects and priorities concurrently in a fast-paced, high growth, and results driven environment, preferably with a Real Estate focus.
- Masters degree in Real Estate (MRED), Business Administration, or Project Management, and/or PMP certification
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $107,300 and $161,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
