Description
The Solutions Manager must be able to take a vision or aspiration, tackle a problem and turn it into positive business actions. The analyst will partner with team members and technical resources to deliver one of a kind solutions that support Apple's sophisticated and growing business needs. - Transforming ideas into actions - Facilitating requirements gathering discussions - Detailing business and functional requirements - Maintaining an eye to product strategy - Organizing priorities, producing project plans and driving action - Coordinating test plans and supporting software testing - Planning and delivering implementation and post-implementation support
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years experience deploying package and custom solutions for business process enablement
- Comprehensive understanding of all facets of the software development process, waterfall and agile project methodologies
- Interviewing and process mapping skills to elicit business requirements and document business processes
- Experience in detailing business requirements for software development
- Experience in business application testing processes, writing scripts and executing tests
- Proficiency with project management tools, MS Office, iWork tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in risk management, regulatory processes and/or law enforcement relationship management
- Meticulous organizational skills to handle the sophisticated details of requirements, agreements, testing and project plans
- Experienced in communicating and presenting to peers and leaders
- Demonstrable ability to influence business partners with compelling messaging
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work on and deliver multiple sophisticated projects concurrently and complete deliverables on time
- Strong collaboration ethic and emotional intelligence for the users of solutions
- MBA/MS preferred
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $107,300 and $161,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
