We're building tools to help ensure peak efficiency and software quality. You'll be partnering with the software engineers responsible for the system user experience by investigating and analyzing issues and help ship great software to users of all Apple hardware.

• One year of experience diagnosing and triaging software issues.
• College level coursework in computer science or related field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability and willingness to strictly manage time spent triaging issues to ensure timely turnaround
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Being proactive, self-motivated, and detailed in every aspect of debugging

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $92,500 and $154,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
