Apple Pay by providing a holistic approach assessing how the global financial services risk landscape affects the customer experience and delivery of Apple Pay. We focus on building scalable programs and strategics to mitigate different risks to our services to protect our customers. Our team is looking for a Senior Technical ERM Analyst to support the creation and development of dashboards and reporting against Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), performs varied risk assessments to identify and manage risks, and operate key components of an integrated enterprise risk program. We work collaboratively with partners across Business, Compliance, Security, Product, Marketing and Engineering teams to identify, reduce and mitigate risks to the delivery of Apple Pay.

Description

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for senior leadership, the board, and regulators while identifying and addressing enterprise risks to foster engagement across all lines of business. Implement and standardize risk frameworks and policies, oversee the technology risk program, and provide guidance to technology partners to meet security and risk objectives. Work closely with the Enterprise Risk Manager and Chief Risk Officer to evolve the ERM program aligning with the changing regulatory landscape by monitor key risks. Deliver training and education to lines of business to promote a deeper understanding of the risk landscape and opportunities to mitigate risks in new ways improving the customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Risk Management, Technology Risk Management, or IT Audit
  • Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Spark and reporting technologies like Tableau
  • Risk management experience in a large organization requiring collaboration and partnership at all levels of personnel
  • Knowledge of compliance standards, privacy laws and financial regulations with a solid grasp of US technology and security requirements
  • Familiarity with risk frameworks and applicable risk governance regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Risk Management, Technology Risk, Operational Risk, IT Audit, Metrics & Reporting and/or other similar risk consulting or internal control functions
  • Experienced at the implementation of compliance standards, privacy laws and financial regulations into technology and business processes with a primary focus of US, UK, and EU requirements
  • Experience designing, implementing, and managing sophisticated risk programs and leading team members and stakeholders on the continued use and management of such programs
  • Extensive experience fielding audits and regulatory exams

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
