Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in crafting, developing and maintaining high-performance distributed systems and services using Java (Spring, SpringBoot, etc).
- Experience in NoSQL databases such as Cassandra.
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals and multi-thread programming experience.
- Proficiency in independently learning new technologies, planning and implementing projects, including designing data models and storage systems, managing data flows, developing APIs, selecting caching strategies, and building, deploying, and optimizing robust, scalable, and maintainable services.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Swift and/or Objective C is a plus.
- Strong dedication to quality with a keen eye for detail
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166,600 and $296,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
