Apple's Products & Regulatory Legal group is seeking an exceptional product attorney to support Apple's Advertising Platforms business, which delivers third party advertising on Apple's digital properties such as the App Store, Apple TV, and Apple News and Stocks.

In this role, you'll help Apple's digital advertising business grow and succeed by handling its legal needs, providing legal advice, and protecting Apple from undue legal risk. This role is broad and dynamic. On any given day, you may be drafting agreements, advising on a new law or regulation, reviewing marketing materials, helping draft policies, or providing legal risk counseling on new products or features . . . and beyond. Although you don't need to have expertise in every legal subject matter that you will encounter, a strong foundation in some of the relevant legal areas is important. An aptitude for on-your-feet learning and analysis is indispensable.

Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant legal experience.
- Experience handling legal issues relating to digital platforms, online commerce, software services, ad tech, or digital advertising publication or distribution.
- Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas: advertising law; laws and regulations governing online content, distribution, or platforms; intellectual property law (trademark / copyright); commercial contracting relating to online services, digital advertising, or related areas.
- JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.
Preferred Qualifications
- Top-notch legal analysis skills.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills, including distilling and presenting complex legal ideas to business stakeholders.
- Track record of providing practical legal advice to business stakeholders.
- Ability to triage, manage, and efficiently resolve complex issues, working directly and collaboratively across a variety of business functions.
- Experience advising ad tech, digital platform, or online commerce clients, either in-house or at a leading law firm.
- Experience in drafting or negotiating platform distribution or ad tech agreements.
- Experience with analyzing and applying not only U.S., but also non-U.S. laws and regulations (e.g., EU DMA, EU DSA, UK CMA guidance, etc.).
- Experience working as or partnering with subject matter specialists in relevant legal areas: privacy, intellectual property, antitrust, litigation, etc.
- A get-it-done attitude where no task is too big or too small for you to take on.
- Creativity, curiosity, and a team-first approach.
- Prior in-house experience is a plus, but not strictly required.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $221,600 and $333,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
