As a Program office Analytics Engineer, you will work with massive data across numerous product and customer touch-points, undertaking in-depth quantitative analysis, and distilling data into actionable and intuitive visualizations to drive informed decision-making. Description
We are looking for you to design and build executive reporting solutions, highly polished dashboards, and exploratory self-service tools, as well as the datasets that power them to analyze and present insights associated with customer experience, product performance, business operations, and strategic decision-making. Often you will closely partner with our Senior Leadership Team to define metrics, design datasets, and develop the automation strategy. Extensive collaboration with Business, Engineering, and Enterprise teams is vital to our success. In this role, you will iterate with these teams on key business outcomes, influence how our services are measured, and craft world-class tools and insights to support them at scale. As your ideas take shape, you will establish and socialize a comprehensive roadmap to communicate and manage stakeholder expectations while enabling org-wide transparency on progress. This role will require extensive experience taking complex, multifaceted projects from idea to production - preferably in a lead capacity. Ideally, you have a curious business mindset with the ability to condense complex concepts and analysis into clear and concise takeaways that drive action. We're looking for someone known for effectively bridging analytics and business teams, with an ability to masterfully speak the language of both.

Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in a Data Visualization, Data Scientist, or Data Analyst role.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc., for analysis, insight synthesis, report design and development, and executive presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Spark, with experience handling large datasets.
- Familiarity with data engineering tools and concepts, including data pipeline development, data model design, and aggregation strategies to support responsive and interactive data products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
