We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to help design, build, and optimize data solutions, which support our Infrastructure Services team.

Description
This role will focus on analyzing data and processes to gain insights that improve operations of Apple's global data center & networking team. You will drive strategic initiatives by analyzing large datasets, building complex dashboards, and designing data visualizations. Through this, you will communicate findings and provide recommendations to influence decision making. This will include synthesizing data and helping to align teams across our organization. Overall, this position offers invaluable experience to have an impact within a strategic organization as well as significant responsibility and interaction with senior leadership. To perform this job, you possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for design, and can efficiently communicate your insights to the highest levels of the company. You have experience developing meaningful dashboards, models, data visualizations, and analyses. You are comfortable supporting, collaborating, and communicating across multi-functional teams and a have a demonstrated ability to build solid working relationships through active listening, delivering promised results, and establishing trust.
- BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field or equivalent job-related experience
- 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data science, financial analysis, or a related field
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or others used for data analysis and presentation
Preferred Qualifications
- MS in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field
- Knowledge of best practices in data analysis, data visualization, and data science
- Experience articulating and translating business questions into data solutions, paired with excellent stakeholder management
- Ability to balance competing priorities, long-term projects, and ad hoc requirements Strong time management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to communicate insights with a keen eye for design
- Understanding of design principles or experience with frontend dev (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, etc.)
- High attention to detail, organized, and motivated self-starter that is able to work independently, meet assigned deadlines, and handle various projects at one time
- Experience with Tableau Server, TabPy, Extensions, and Tableau Prep
- Ability to excel in a multi-functional environment through clear communication, relationship building, and presentation of complex subjects to executive management
- Experience scaling processes, systems, and controls
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $107,300 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
