Description

Our team is looking for a program manager to join this dynamic and fast paced environment. This role will provide day-to-day support for the Employee Experience & Productivity team. This position will help drive and own projects related to finance, headcount, operations, financial planning and analysis deliverables. We're looking for someone that is comfortable managing multi year budgets, able to think critically, and has top-level finance knowledge. This position requires not only complete financial analyses, but also the ability to drive tangible operational results both within and outside of the organization. Responsibilities: Create and provide regular financial updates, increased frequency during capital planning time. Provide finance the input needed for quarterly forecasts. Validated analytical and problem solving skills. Provide in depth support to implement new or enhanced internal systems. Headcount tracking and reporting, and assisting with headcount justifications. Play a key role in the continued development of our worldwide capital investments and planning process.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years related finance/accounting experience.
  • 4+ years experience Collaborating with Finance and global partners on budgets, forecast, and resource optimization.
  • 4+ years experience with accounting, financial statement analysis, and financial forecast evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Highly motivated self-starter, with proven track record to think strategically and motivate change across a global organization.
  • Focused attention to detail with the ability to toggle between macro and micro views.
  • Validated knowledge of Excel and Keynote.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong strategic approach.
  • Excellent process management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate project management experience in a software development/technology business or equivalent experience leading large cross functional project teams; Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
  • Experience handling multi year budgets.
  • Experience with Tableau.
  • Previous experience with operational and capital planning.
  • Project management.
  • Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study is preferred.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $96,200 and $181,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
