Retail Marketing's Creative Production Group is looking for an exceptional lead motion artist to join the Post Production team. The Post Production group is a team of motion artists, editors, audio engineers, colorists and post producers that deliver high quality content for internal staff and customers of Retail Marketing around the world.

Description

This role will be responsible for developing, designing, and ultimately making everything from design systems, illustrations, and static compositions to 2D and 3D motion graphics pieces and Visual Effects. A successful candidate will act as a creative problem-solver for the artists, producers, clients, creatives and customers they work with. Last but not least, this role requires someone who can solve technical issues and always strives to evolve our technical capabilities. A successful candidate will have a drive to evolve our capabilities by utilizing the latest and greatest technologies available, including AI, etc. when allowed. Responsibilities: Work with creatives, art directors, designers, editors, audio engineers, colorists, directors and producers to bring stories and concepts to life. Conceptualize, create storyboards, make illustrations, and design and animate. Act as discipline lead on 2D and 3D pipeline builds when building out production pipelines with the EP of Post Production.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7 years experience in a post production studio, ad agency, or in house studio environment.
  • Working knowledge of Post Production Software, including Adobe CS, Pro Tools, Davinci Resolve, FCP, C4D, Nuke, Flame, Maya, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with C4D, Maya, Nuke, and Flame a plus.
  • Expert knowledge of graphic design and visual storytelling through motion.
  • Highly professional and collaborative, with great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver quality work on time and work independently with little direction.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Grace under pressure - calm and logical problem solving when issues arise.

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
