REM's Creative Production Group is looking for an exceptional Post Producer to join their Post Production team. The Post Production team services Apple Retail's Customer Engagement and Team Engagement teams by producing content for their online, in-store, and digital activations. In this role, you will partner with our post production artists to manage editorial, 2D / 3D animation, sound design, audio mastering, and color and finishing projects and pipelines.

Description

This role will be responsible for managing post production projects from start to finish under the direction of the EP of Post Production. Additionally, a successful candidate will be able to navigate all aspects of the content creation process, from the strategy and planning phases, through finishing and delivery. A successful candidate will act as a creative problem-solver for both the artists they work with, as well as the business we serve. Essential to this role is a desire to evolve our capabilities with the latest and greatest technologies available. Responsibilities: Work with the Executive Producer of Post Production to build schedules, evolve technical post production pipelines, and evolve our documentation and reporting and data collection methods. Advocate for technical and creative quality control standards when building out integrated schedules with our cross functional production partners. Collaborate with Creatives, XF Producers, and business partners to bring concepts to life. Manage multiple projects concurrently and communicate project status updates to key stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years experience in a post production studio, ad agency, or in house studio environment.
  • Working knowledge of Post Production Software, including Adobe CS, Pro Tools, Davinci Resolve, FCP, C4D, Nuke, Flame, Maya, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.

  • Self motivated, resourceful with eye towards detail and deadlines.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Grace under pressure - calm and logical problem solving when issues arise.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to creatively solve problems through negotiation, tact and diplomacy.

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
