Description

In this role, you will partner closely with the People Business Partner Team to deliver on its strategic priorities and core talent programs, such as: People Process Champion: - apply strategic thinking and an operational excellence mindset to how we run every core talent program across the people team, this includes, performance management, TCP, I&D action planning and Growth & Development etc - build the team's approach & timeline to ensure robust, well defined processes - ensure flawless and consistent execution across functions - create central communications, guidance, and training (as needed) on behalf of the team - analyze data to identify trends and insights in support of senior leader reviews and to inform decision making - manage debrief and feedback to support learnings application to future cycles; serve as the liaison to the process owner CoE Projects Lead: - in partnership with the P4P Leader and team, scope strategic projects to progress overall team objectives - drive project execution and demonstrate commitment to operational excellence - maintain project list and provide status updates - anticipate trends and identify areas of future opportunity People for People PBP Team Partner Liaison: - serve as the lead contact for key partners, including I&D and Finance - develop trusted relationships; deeply connected to the broader People Team
  • 12+ years of relevant experience leading HR strategic programs or projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing and or implementing core talent programs
  • Experience as a strategic people business partner preferred
  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Strategic thinker, data-driven, and analytical in approach to solving programs
  • Results-oriented, driven, and demonstrates a high degree of ownership and accountability
  • Resourceful, inventive, self-motivated and able to independently lead
  • Highly collaborative style with the ability to quickly develop trusted relationships and influence without authority
  • Active change agent committed to developing creative, sustainable solutions that are uniquely Apple
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to synthesize key insights for senior leadership team
  • Foundational experience with HR systems & tools

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,200 and $255,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
