Our US Channel People team is responsible for ensuring that customers have the best possible experience anywhere Apple products are sold across our Channel Retail partners. An essential component of the customer experience is the interaction with Apple sales staff, partners, and their advocacy for our products. Our Apple sales programs are deployed across select channel partners and enable customers to have the best experience with a person while shopping and purchasing Apple products. As a Partner Enablement Operations Program Manager, you will be dedicated to improving the strategy and execution of Apple Partner Programs across Consumer and Carrier routes to market across the United States. You will be part of a team that owns all aspects of program operations including Program and Partner support through execution of daily tasks, systems roadmaps and implementation, reporting, budget management, field escalations, ticket support, and vendor management. By partnering with U.S. Sales, Channel Retail, Training, Finance, Business Operations, Worldwide People Programs, and Apple Regional peers, you will improve the effectiveness of People Programs in support of driving ownership and advocacy for Apple.

Description

In this role, you will: - Design and implement program operations strategy for the Apple Excellence Program that is fully standardized across all Apple Partners - Build, execute, and manage detailed project plans in Wrike to support the annual program launch and daily operations, tests, pilots, projects, and strategic initiatives - Use industry standards to conduct impact analysis, time tracking studies, and process mapping in order to establish and document program system and process requirements in partnership with Business Process Reengineering team - Identify and lead areas of improvement and optimization needed to increase scale, automate workflows, reduce manual efforts, and improve efficiencies - Manage critical business activities including roster management, data workflows, device logistics, field escalations, and support queue management - Partner internally to define the scope and feature prioritization for systems and reporting supporting the Apple Excellence Program roadmap - Participate in User Acceptance end-to-end testing to provide feedback and go/no go decisions - Create, administer, and manage budgets related to the Apple Excellence Program - Manage procurement and vendor relationships and activities
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8+ years of related experience
  • Significant project/program management experience in Operations, Sales Finance, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, and/or similar function
  • Deep expertise in strategy development, process design, and implementation
  • Experience working with large complex data sets in Excel and Tableau to analyze trends, develop insights, and identify opportunities to drive business decisions
  • Budget management and forecasting experience with financial impact in the millions
  • Outstanding communication and presentation-building (e.g., Keynote) skills
  • Proficiency in project management frameworks and tools (e.g., Wrike)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background working in a Channel, Retail, and/or Field Support environment is a plus
  • Expert organization skills and attention to detail; Ability to prioritize, manage, and advance multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners
  • Passion for the customer experience, self-motivation, and the ability to operate with a great sense of urgency, with autonomy and extremely tight timelines
  • Ability to cultivate teamwork, influence without authority, and take others on the journey
  • Forward-thinking mindset to see the big picture while deeply understanding the details; Ability to create solutions and make the complex simple, both in verbal communications and in developing and designing processes
  • Prior experience in SDLC project management and analysis including scoping / timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements, user acceptance testing, and/or change management is a plus
