As a Senior Multi-Brand Program Manager, you will architect and drive omni-channel programs that redefine customer and partner experiences globally. Your strategic vision and flawless execution will directly impact brand presence and sales performance across Apple's entire ecosystem, including tens of thousands of points of sale across the world. You will collaborate closely with a variety of cross-functional and multidirectional teams to define program scope, identify key deliverables, develop content, drive implementation, track deployment, and analyze performance to drive continuous optimization. With your attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and passion for creating solutions, you will improve the effectiveness of channel programs in support of driving ownership and advocacy for Apple.

Description

In this role, you will: - Create and execute innovative go-to-market strategies that seamlessly blend online and in-store customer experiences - Manage the complete lifecycle of strategic initiatives from concept through global deployment Build compelling business cases that connect physical and digital customer journeys to measurable business outcomes - Orchestrate cross-functional excellence, align diverse teams across different regions toward common objectives with clear accountability - Deliver measurable results, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze performance data, and optimize programs for maximum impact - Provide regular updates to leadership, business owners and company executives - Draft program communications - Gather internal and external best practices and conduct external market research to support strategy - Collaborate closely with a variety of teams, including: Store Experience & Technologies, Product Marketing, Engineering, Marcom, Digital & E-commerce, Merchandising, Finance, and Training - Run point on ad hoc projects to support the business as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience
  • Background building, developing, and managing end-to-end programs in a retail, e-commerce, and/or omni-channel environment
  • Significant industry expertise and broad-scale understanding of the consumer retail market (e.g., customer profiles, trends, challenges, opportunities, competitive landscape, etc.)
  • Ability to effectively plan, communicate, organize, and lead simultaneous projects with competing priorities, strategies, and timescales
  • Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions
  • Outstanding communication skills, including ability to craft value proposition for programs and articulate vision across various teams
  • Laser-focus on customers and partners
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Excel and Keynote is highly preferred
  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners
  • Strategic thought leadership to inspire and influence across various levels and functions
  • Forward-thinking approach and tenacity to drive what matters while seeing the big picture and deeply understanding the details
  • High level of integrity, trust, and accountability to do what's right

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $179,000 and $269,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
