This role focuses on designing and executing innovative marketing campaigns and community-building programs that foster vibrant Apple Developer Communities. Success requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and operational excellence. Apple Developer Communities are dynamic and diverse, requiring tailored approaches to meet their unique needs. Your work will involve conducting audience research, leveraging data insights, and managing engagement metrics to drive meaningful outcomes. Collaboration across internal teams is essential to align initiatives with Apple's brand and values while ensuring a seamless execution of programs and events. You'll also serve as an advocate for the developer community within Apple, helping to amplify their voices and connect them with resources and opportunities that foster collaboration, innovation, and growth. In this role, no two days will be the same, and adaptability, strategic prioritization, and a passion for building connections will be key to your success.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing strategy, program execution, and audience-specific campaigns, with a focus on community building and engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills, including expertise in measuring ROI and using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Experience planning and managing community-building events, both virtual and in-person.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, budgets, and deadlines effectively.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content, deliver effective presentations, and lead cross-functional discussions.
  • Adept at building strong relationships across organizations and with external partners.
  • Proven ability to synthesize data and audience feedback into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Self-motivated and highly adaptable, with a proven track record to thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Passion for fostering meaningful connections and driving positive impact within communities.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $115,100 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
