Description

We are looking for a Manager -Test Readiness to join our Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) group to support the WWQSS team in strategizing, planning, coordinating, and executing tests for projects in WW Operations organization. As Manager - Test Readiness, you will work with a globally diverse cross-functional team to drive the release of new capabilities and enhancements throughout the SDLC. In this role, you will: - • Work in a strategic, tactical, and an operational capacity to improve quality and speed of delivery while reducing test efforts in WW Operations portfolio of projects. • Deliver on prioritized initiatives, maintain a high bar for delivery. • Identify/anticipate roadblocks and navigate thru challenges. • Reach out to team members across BPR, regions, and IS&T to deliver at scale and speed. • Develop key performance metrics for the team. monitor against defined goals, and maintain team focus on the highest priorities. • Develop trust and gain respect as a team leader. Lead by example and enable growth and career development of team members. • Recruit and retain best talent in the industry and enhance team skills.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 10+ years of professional experience.
  • 10+ years professional experience as a people manager, program manager, or team lead in global organizations.
  • Industry thought leadership and experience with test technology and industry best practices focused on test automation, test data readiness and test environment readiness.
  • Experience in managing teams for system integration testing or user acceptance testing of sophisticated, highly integrated projects.
  • Proven grasp of supply chain operations processes.
  • Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks such as Worksoft, Tosca, UFT, Selenium etc.
  • Strong quality advocate with a good planning and optimization mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing test strategies and plans for execution.
  • Well versed in multiple styles of release & change management processes including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall and Iterative.
  • Extensive experience in large SAP S/4 HANA digital transformation programs.
  • Strong Innovation Mindset with focus on identifying efficiency opportunities & driving the change needed to bring in the same.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and multi-tasking.
  • A Customer Focused Approach: Passionate about the customer experience and what we can do to improve it
  • Exceptional management skills with a passionate attention to detail, and a proven ability to influence and collaborate horizontally and vertically.
  • PMI/PMP certification preferred.
  • Certified Scrum Master preferred.
  • Certifications in SAP ECC and S/4 Hana preferred

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $200,400 and $301,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
