We are looking for an open-minded, innovative, and tech-savvy individual to support the Apple Services Localization team. This role will be primarily focused on project management while working closely with QA efforts to ensure the integrated execution of localization projects. This position is responsible for managing localization copy end-to-end and coordinating with editorial, engineering, vendors, and business teams.

Description
As a Localization Producer, you will: Manage complex localization projects in 50+ languages. Ensure projects are completed within required deadlines while maintaining industry-leading quality standards. Coordinate and build collaborative relationships with internal partners across editorial, engineering, design, programming, and business teams, as well as external linguistic vendors and project managers. Work with software engineers and engineering project managers responsible for Apple products and Apple's proprietary localization toolset. Represent the team in meetings with cross-functional partners. Identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline workflows and processes. Work closely with the QA Lead to establish localization workflows that balance project timelines with rigorous quality assurance. Be flexible in supporting quality assurance efforts when needed, assisting with testing coordination, bug tracking, and overall localization validation. Serve as both a project manager and an advocate for the international customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 or more years of experience executing and leading large-scale localization projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, including translators, designers, and writers, to ensure seamless localization production and product launches.
- Strong ability to prioritize competing projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and negotiate terms as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- A proactive and independent problem solver who can evaluate existing workflows, see opportunities for improvement, and explore new processes and best practices.
- Knowledge of linguistic considerations such as cultural adaptation and ensuring contextually appropriate translations for each market. Deep understanding of cultural sensitivities
- Experience in localization quality assurance (QA) is strongly preferred to enable better coordination with the QA Lead.
- Tech-savvy with experience in copy management tools, user acceptance testing (UAT), and working with tool engineering for enhancements and bug fixes.
- Skilled at building relationships with partners and using networks to implement projects or inspire change.
- Ability to anticipate blockers and continuously drive improvements and efficiencies.
- Experience in fitness industry.
- Experience working with AI and machine-learning tools.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Linguistic expertise in a language other than English.
- Experience working with Apple software, hardware, and services.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $112,900 and $234,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
