Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Account Management to lead and scale our Video and Display business within the Apple Advertising platform. This role will involve leading a team of account managers responsible for managing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative advertising solutions across Apple's Video and Display products, including Apple News, and MLS Season Pass. Key Responsibilities include: - Oversee a team of account managers focused on video and display advertising, providing leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to ensure team success. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and agencies. Act as the senior point of contact for top-tier accounts, ensuring satisfaction and success in campaign delivery. - Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth across Apple's video and display products. Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to develop client-specific strategies. - Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to develop and implement ad solutions that meet client objectives. Drive alignment with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. - Contribute to the overall strategy for the video and display advertising business at Apple. Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and product innovation to shape the direction of the team and product offerings. - Ensure operational excellence in campaign management, execution, and reporting. Continuously improve processes to optimize campaign performance and client satisfaction. - Team Development: Hire, train, and mentor a team of account managers. Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration, driving both individual and team growth.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, with specific expertise in video and display advertising.
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior account management or sales leadership role, ideally at a media company, tech platform, or agency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of video and display ad formats, programmatic advertising, and the evolving digital media landscape.
  • Outstanding client relationship skills, with a proven ability to manage and grow large accounts.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically, balancing long-term vision with day-to-day needs.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing complex projects with multiple partners.
  • Knowledge of analytics, measurement tools, and ad tech platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $190,200 and $323,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
