Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple's largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things. The Generative Experience Analyst will play a key role in driving one of Apple Store Online's most exciting growth opportunities, that harnesses the power of generative AI to offer new personalized experiences for our visitors. This will include leading all ongoing performance and behavioral analysis for our generative experiences, especially as we launch new features and explore expansion to new platforms or markets. You will uncover customer and commercial insights that help identify tangible opportunities for Apple Store Online to continue to innovate and adapt to consumer expectations. You will also drive operational and executive storytelling while representing customer experience and business point of views in diverse cross-functional forums.

Description
As we bring new AI-powered experiences to life, you will oversee all experience and operational analysis for the business. From coordinating and helping plan for qualitative research and usability studies, to assessing detailed quantitative metrics and results, you will play an integral role in the full product development lifecycle and steering us to achieve our goals. - Drive regular operational and leadership business reporting, identifying data-driven insights and synthesizing conclusions into actionable recommendations, to influence digital commerce strategies and initiatives. - Help create and present strategic briefs and presentations to inform cross functional partners of business priorities, opportunities, and performance. - Develop quantitative business cases to inform capital planning priorities - Conduct research on market & competitor trends and analyze consumer behavior and internal performance to drive innovation ideation, optimization, and expansion. - Serve as a liaison in cross-functional forums, including feature reviews, and help coordinate program management activities
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 or more years of work experience in a business analytics or insights focused position, with at least 1 year in an e-commerce, customer experience, and/or AI-related organization or role.
- Demonstrated analytical, measurement, or reporting experience, including, but not limited to uncovering insights or root causes to identify clear takeaways and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working on at least one significant customer-facing generative AI experience or tool
- Experience in, deep knowledge of, and passion for technology trends such as AI, as well as the global retail and/or e-commerce B2C industry.
- Hands on experience with a variety of business analytics tools t. Tools include, but are not limited to: Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and advanced Excel
- Experience building collaborative bridges and fostering relationships with cross functional and global teams, in addition to flexibly adapting to feedback.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, including proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, or equivalent, and presenting to various levels of leadership.
- Strong track record of proactively problem solving amidst ambiguity with a bias for action, while being resourceful and maintaining close attention to details.
