Apple's Worldwide Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) organization focuses on developing and deploying worldwide sales programs and best practices to deliver an extraordinary customer experience in the channel and drive Apple Channel sales. With deep functional expertise in digital, physical, and people enablement spaces, our WW CSO team closely collaborates with many cross-functional groups at worldwide and regional levels. We are looking for a Fixture Development Program Manager that embodies our culture, core values and compassion for others. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a larger, cross-functional team. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively interact and influence all levels within the organization.

Description

- Manage the development and delivery of new Apple fixture programs, working with all of the cross-functional stakeholders, both internal and external, to stay on time and on budget. - Own the master schedule and coordinate activities between the teams, run leadership meetings, steering committee meetings, and communicate potential issues and key decisions needed to ensure a smooth project delivery. Escalate program execution risks to leadership in a timely manner. Actively participate in providing pathways to resolution. - Support a range of complex programs, leading strategic fixture supplier planning, and creating and improving processes while program managing multiple development efforts concurrently. - Manage enhancements and revisions to current programs, and drive solutions to complex challenges from all partners including customers. Lead the phase-out of obsolete programs and elements as a result of revisions or versioning updates. - Work with appropriate teams through compliance and regulatory issues. Update fixtures as necessary to stay compliant and ahead of future country and partner requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Typically 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Deep understanding of retail fixture engineering and production/operations processes
  • Expertise in installation methods for large-scale fixture executions in global retail environments
  • Strong retail operations and finance background with budgeting experience
  • Ability to read and interpret technical shop drawings in various formats
  • Strong computational ability, with expertise in Excel/Numbers
  • Understanding of import/export regulations and compliance standards, including recommendations on material selections
  • Ability to influence and build consensus with key stakeholders across multiple disciplines and drive successful outcomes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to management required. Solid track record working with diverse teams and high level leadership
  • Travel required both domestic and international (10%)

Preferred Qualifications

  • CAD familiarity a plus
  • Proficient in Keynote
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,200 and $255,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
