Description

In this role, you will: - Quickly develop an understanding of the team's operations, culture, policies, and procedures. - Run point on significant cross-functional calendaring, budget management, equipment procurement, and meeting and event/meeting planning and execution via in-person or virtually. - Be the central point of contact for coordination and communication of cross-departmental events/activities. - Provide support to managers with equipment ordering for new hires. - Prepare, update, and distribute meeting materials ahead of time, including keynotes, agendas, etc. - Serve as the on-site facilities coordinator for building-related needs such as conference room management, storage, etc. - Lead the collection and analysis of sales data using Qualtrics, preparing insightful reports and summaries for executive decision-making based on carrier and consumer feedback. - Oversee complex domestic travel arrangements, anticipating potential challenges and ensuring seamless itineraries for maximum efficiency. - Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations, managing vendor relationships, equipment procurement, and secure access protocols. - Capture and document key insights during high-level meetings, providing detailed follow-ups on action items and ensuring their timely execution. - Manage expense reporting for the Executive and department, ensuring compliance with corporate financial policies and attention to detail. - Handle special projects, as assigned.
  • Relevant experience supporting executive level staff (e.g., calendar management, travel, task management, facilities, purchasing, and day-to-day operations)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong sense of professionalism
  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with Keynote, Pages, Numbers, Mail, Calendar, and Slack
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background managing budgets, creating purchase orders, and expense reports is a plus.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate ambiguity, priorities, and change.
  • Self-starter who anticipates needs, takes initiative to create solutions, and possesses a "can-do" attitude.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity, discretion, and utmost secrecy.
  • Experience in data collection and analysis for sales insights, contributing to strategic decisions.
  • Strong capability in managing office operations, including vendor relations and access protocols.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate large-scale events, aligning logistical details with strategic objectives.

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $41.00 and $61.50/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
