The worldwide Apple Retail Engagement & Marketing team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail's customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple's products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values. We are seeking an experienced Marketing leader to develop and implement worldwide marketing initiatives and customer engagement strategies that drive new customer interest and deepen engagement with our existing customers.

Description
In this role you will create comprehensive marketing and programming strategies and campaign execution that align with business goals and enhance the customer experience. Be the expert on customer engagement and marketing trends and innovations in the retail sector. Apply this knowledge to drive critical initiatives, to innovate and deliver impactful and relevant experiences. Provide cross-functional Retail leadership and teams with actionable insights and recommendations based on industry trends and business performance. Ensure that strategies are effectively executed and aligned with business goals. Provide insights to produce successful campaigns, inspire evolution, and improve efficiency. Measure effectiveness and make recommendations for campaign optimizations. Use appropriate channels across Apple, including Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple EDU, App Store and Apple Support, communications, digital marketing and PR to amplify and drive success for customer engagement and marketing initiatives. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across departments. Track record of aligning priorities, managing multiple work streams, and fostering collaboration across global teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional leaders and key partners. Advocate for necessary resources and support for customer engagement and marketing initiatives. Lead by example in promoting inclusion and diversity within the team. Ensure these values are integrated into all programs and initiatives, and actively participate in diversity and inclusion communities.
Minimum Qualifications
- 20+ years in consumer marketing with global brands within a multi-channel environment.
- 15+ years building, developing, and leading high-performing worldwide marketing teams and at least 5+ including managers and senior level individual contributors.
Preferred Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in worldwide strategic marketing across the Retail sector.
- Proven track record of handling complex/multi-faceted projects, delivering on key metrics to drive impact for the company.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to strike the right balance in all situations, from cross-functional working groups to executive presentations.
- Strong analytical skills, able to identify and act upon opportunities for campaign improvement and impact.
- Strategically astute, with a creative approach to solving problems and creating memorable customer experiences and campaigns.
- Deep understanding of worldwide dynamics, consumer behaviors and competitive marketing landscapes. Able to use these insights to make informed, strategic decisions, anticipate market trends and pivot strategies as needed.
- Clear ability to navigate a matrixed organization and influence decisions without direct authority.
- An encouraging people leader who is able to recruit, empower and develop outstanding talent. A phenomenal teammate who leads from the front and will be the campion for doing what's right.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $255,400 and $408,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
