Your job will include supporting current series in prep, production and post, and evaluating pitches, scripts, and packages. Description

Manage high-pressure and challenging deadlines. Drive cross-functional teams towards the goal of producing programming for a global audience. Flex creative and story development skills in managing and nurturing our existing AppleTV+ series. This means being able to dissect scripts and cuts in an effective, constructive fashion, and be able to distill and write copious creative notes in a fast-paced, timely fashion. Interface with a wide and varied range of internal and external partners. Handle significant contact and communication with executives, producers, directors, talent, agents and other partners in the entertainment industry. Act as a liaison between both internal and external production partners, production, marketing, post, legal, business affairs, and others, using high EQ and diplomacy. Toggle between the "big picture" and minutiae, simultaneously demonstrating critical thinking and a deep attention to detail. Behave as a phenomenal teammate who stays poised and makes the department's success a top priority. Coordinate show grids, updates, status documents, and executive reviews.
  • Minimum 2 years experience working with a creative executive at a studio, network, or producer.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively use your extensive knowledge of the current television landscape, technology, trends, and premiere talent in the business.
  • Strong storytelling and creative development abilities.
  • Self-motivation, strong interpersonal skills, work ethic, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Desire to innovate, a willingness to explore new methods of production, and endless curiosity to push creative boundaries.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience as a creative executive at a studio, network, or producer.
  • Established industry relationships with top-level writers, producers, agents and studio executives.
  • Detailed understanding of the television production process and ability to manage and problem-solve shows in production, including experience on set.
  • Experience tracking and sourcing material for scripted series (pitches, scripts, outlines, intellectual property).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with proven attention to detail.
  • Shown ability to partner cross-functionally in an effective manner.
  • Bachelors degree preferred

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $33.94 and $51.15/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
