This position will provide Senior Administrative support for executive leadership at Apple Inc. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team member with a friendly work style. We need you to be exceptionally well-organized, able to effectively multi-task & prioritize, and take initiative.

Description

Provide full administrative support to multiple team leaders at the executive or leadership level Ability to manage cross-functional calendars with heavy calendaring, while supporting the overall teams Coordinate meetings via live, videoconference and conference calls Quickly develop an understanding of the teams operations, culture, policies and procedures Help plan and execute offsite meetings for team Consistent interaction with top Executive Admins and Executives within Apple Inc. Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information Ability to excel working with complex and different personalities diplomatically Proactively lead team support, ranging from printer management, supplies, facilities and more Proficient in eApproval and complete expense reports Efficient in Apple programs, especially iCal, Keynote, Numbers, Pages along with additional knowledge of Excel Contribute a fun and creative approach to team activities and morale

  • Minimum of 2 years of executive administrative experience supporting multiple executives and teams
  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, and time sensitive environment
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make decisions quickly and under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates a proactive ability to anticipate needs and changes, then react efficiently with independent/sound judgment
  • Passion for learning new things, continuous improvement and sharing best practices
  • Direct experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Outstanding work ethic, discreet and trustworthy
  • Ability to influence others; handle conflict appropriately, know when to delegate issues upward
  • Able to anticipate change and react efficiently & expeditiously
  • Overall ability to understand and retain new information quickly
  • Calm under pressure, experience planning, leading and executing events and meetings

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $33.94 and $65.30/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
