Description

Apple's Product Operations Capital Expenditures Systems Team sits at a unique intersection of business processes, factory management, finance, and IT- giving individuals broad insight into the operations of multiple lines of business. This outstanding team drives operational excellence through optimization across process, data and technology. You will have the opportunity to work on groundbreaking efforts to improve the way Apple executes factory equipment management. In this role you will be responsible for planning and managing deployment of various business solutions for the Capex Product Operations organization. We lead and participate in efforts for process standardization, ideation and development of tools, and implementation through successful completion. This role will travel internationally up to 20-25%

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management partnering with international teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters in Engineering, Supply Chain or allied field.
  • Masters of Business Administration
  • 5+ years of experience in data systems, analysis, and visualization (Python, VBA, Tableau, SQL)
  • Experience in manufacturing equipment and factory operations is strongly preferred
  • Hands on experience managing large cross functional projects
  • Ability to work through ambiguous goals and organizational structure
  • Ability to be a self-starter, motivated and driven
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in efficient management of end to end project lifecycle
  • Experienced in business engagement & technical teams

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $122,300 and $227,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
