KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign Execution and Support Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Handle day-to-day campaign tasks, including content creation, sell in activities and measurement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marcom, product marketing, partner comms, sales, and regions) to ensure smooth campaign implementation. Apply marketing automation tools to enhance partner experience and engagement. DIGITAL EXPERIENCE ENHANCEMENT - Support the optimization of digital customer experiences through partners by continuing the evolve the standard methodology playbooks - Settle digital strategy for B2B and advocate with teams to integrate into existing B2C tools and initiatives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to see opportunities to incorporate AI in the digital experience - Assist in seeing opportunities for personalization and data-driven enhancements to improve the customer journey. - Conduct testing and gather user feedback to refine digital experiences. - Champion regional efforts and pilots to drive and enhance the B2B digital experience and share standard methodologies ANALYTICS AND PERFORMANCE TRACKING - Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and partner website/Apple site performance using key performance indicators and key marketing metrics. - Use data analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness, optimize marketing spend, and identify trends for continuous improvement. - Provide data driven recommendations to improve engagement and conversion rates. TECHNOLOGY AND BEST PRACTICES - Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to support innovation in campaigns and experiences. - Assist in implementing standard methodologies in SEO and content marketing - Support the management and optimization of the marketing technology stack, including CRM, automation, and analytics tools.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Approximately 5 years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Experience developing content with different touch points throughout the customer journey
- Basic understanding of digital experience principles, UX/UI standard methodologies, and customer journey mapping.
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (Pardot, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
- Analytical attitude with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
- Strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing environments.
- Understanding of paid media, social media marketing, and content strategy.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
