Come and join the Global Video team who is responsible for the Apple TV app including Apple TV+, transactional movies and TV, native channels and federated video apps. We are paving the way for the future of entertainment and have set new standards in streaming with Apple TV+. Our team is responsible for Apple's video business, driving overall revenue as well as subscriber growth for Apple TV+, curating and managing the app experience, programming and editorializing while striving to acquire engage and retain subscribers for Apple TV+ and our partners. We are looking for an industry expert with a proven track record in evaluating commercial growth projects to drive revenue and implementing them with a cross-functional team. As part of our global video team, you will be responsible for taking revenue generation projects from conception to implementation for Apple TV+ across all markets, whether they are new products, platforms or lines of business.

Description
The scope of this role is broad and its impact on our Apple TV+ service highly visible. In working cross-functionally with our international business management, business development, data analytics, finance and product teams, you will review new commercial growth opportunities and evaluate the revenue impact to the business. Your core responsibility is to look at commercial opportunities for the TV+ business, including emerging business models, distribution opportunities and strategic partnerships in the video space. You will size the potential impact to the business, evaluate it in the framework of the overall strategic vision, devise go-forward plans, build consensus across leadership for the projects and kick-off cross functional implementation.
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree required.
- 15+ years experience working in digital media and/or video, business development or strategic planning.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience understanding of the SVOD business, key global/international players and industry trends.
- Proven experience delivering commercial results through developing clear growth strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent degree preferred
- A commercial, data-driven and analytical approach to develop, size and prioritized business cases of new initiatives for business growth.
- Flexible and able to shift quickly in a fast-evolving, high-profile business.
- Stellar presentation skills. A natural presenter who can quickly distill information to provide clarity and align key partners through Keynote.
- An appreciation and passion for storytelling in TV and movies. A heavy TV+ consumer. A deep understanding of content distribution across platforms and services, and a deep understanding of Apple product and services
- A mix of collaboration, influence, flexibility and relationship building skills to be effective in a large cross-functional organization.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,100 and $255,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
