Apple Financial Services (AFS) is a global financing organization built to support Apple's worldwide customers. Our mission is to enable Apple sales today and tomorrow through a network of global funding partners and innovative financial products. This position is responsible for business development and program management for the AMR region. You will partner closely with the AFS sales teams to support and manage strategic goals across multiple countries. Key activities include managing AFS' funding and remarketing partners, identifying and driving new initiatives to grow AFS' financing volume, and aligning with Apple's sales teams, other cross functional teams, and Apple's channel and carrier partners. This is a highly demanding role that is critical to supporting AFS's growth ambitions in the region.

Description

We are seeking a high energy financial services professional to lead AMR program management for Apple Financial Services. You will be responsible for executing on strategic initiatives to build and expand AFS' impact across AMR. Daily proactive discussions with AFS funding partners and channel partners are a necessity, working to improve AFS' infrastructure and integrate into Apple's sales strategy as well as supporting creative financing solutions to complex sales challenges. By developing a strong partnership with AFS' funding partners, remarketing partners, Apple's sales team and channel partners you will: - Help enable sales of Apple product and services and increase AFS' AMR financing volume - Support a remarketing infrastructure to manage end of lease asset disposition and maximize return on leased assets - Run financing and leasing programs with funding partners and channel partners - Collaborate with the global team to ensure consistent capabilities of AFS funding partners across the region to drive an excellent end to end customer experience - Identify and understand challenges faced by sales teams and channel partners to effectively capture attention and increase Apple's and AFS' penetration - Improve efficiency of funding partners processes - Build and manage sustainable business models with partners that can scale

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in operational, business development, project management, or the financial services industry, managing teams across multiple countries and funding and remarketing partner management
  • Excellent communication, people and project management skills and the ability to influence and perform the role of financing program ambassador
  • Proven track record of relationship management and governance capabilities within the financial services or related industry.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills is a must
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university is required.
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally a minimum of 40%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree, including MBA or JD.

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $179,000 and $269,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
