The Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Regional Vice President (RVP), Growth Sales to lead a high-performing sales team focused on driving new business with technical buyers such as CTOs, Analytics Directors, and business buyers such as CMOs. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with a deep understanding of SaaS and CDP solutions and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

As an RVP, you will guide your team to identify opportunities, deliver tailored solutions, and exceed revenue targets. You will also play a critical role in shaping the overall sales strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Strategic Sales Management: Drive growth by overseeing the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.
  • Turnkey Solutions Selling: Position and sell within a set of turnkey solutions, demonstrating their value to technical and executive-level buyers.
  • Market Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their challenges and presenting Amperity's CDP as the ideal solution.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Client Services teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of go-to-market strategies.
  • Performance Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed team revenue targets and KPIs, while continuously optimizing processes for improved outcomes.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform sales strategies and product positioning.

About You

  • 10-15 years in sales, preferably in SaaS or a related tech industry, with a track record of driving revenue growth and at least 3-5 yrs of people management experience.
  • Strong ability to inspire and lead teams toward ambitious goals while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Expertise in crafting and executing sales strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Exceptional ability to engage technical and executive audiences, translating complex solutions into clear value propositions.
  • Deep understanding of the CDP space or related domains such as data analytics, marketing technology, or customer engagement platforms.
  • Proven success in working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a solutions-focused mindset.

Compensation

Base Salary: $185,000 - $200,000. Within our pay range, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training.

Cash Incentives: This position is eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. Depending on the role, these plans may pay as commissions and/or as bonuses according to achievement level against sales-related targets and/or sales-related business objectives

Stock Options: The opportunity for ownership is an exciting part of Amperity's total compensation package. Every employee at Amperity receives a new-hire equity grant, commensurate with the scope of their position
