The Talent Development Specialist enhances the competencies of individual employees by conducting training programs that boost employee's workplace performance in alliance with company's core values. You will deliver curriculum and learning materials and for manages all phases of training interventions. You will report to the Senior Manager, Sponsorships, Partnerships & Events.

In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from Madison, WI (53783). Relocation assistance is available to eligible candidates

Primary Accountabilities
  • You will develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
  • You will direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
  • You will acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions.
  • You will deliver training courses.
  • You will assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.
  • You will periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.
  • You will stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development.
  • You will participate as necessary in consultation, development, and delivery of learning solutions.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience delivering or overseeing delivery of training through vendors.
  • Demonstrated verbal, written and social media communication skills which support culture and strategy.
  • Solid knowledge of instructional design models and assessment methods.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering curricula for all different learning environments (asynchronous and synchronous).
  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
  • Licenses: Required to acquire and maintain active Property & Casualty Producers license status by continuing education and meeting all state, operating and regulatory requirements.
  • Travel Requirements up to 25%.
