As a Senior Family Risk Advisor, you will be instrumental in expanding our market reach and deepening customer engagements through community involvement and strategic networking. This role is pivotal in creating tailored risk management solutions that align with client needs, driving both retention and acquisition. In this hybrid position, you will not only maintain relationships but also develop new ones by being actively present in the community, analyzing market trends, and leveraging your expertise to offer comprehensive solutions.
You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Branch Sales.
Base pay is $28.00/hour and is eligible for monthly incentives and annual bonuses based on performance.

Primary Accountabilities
Converts leads into qualified customer engagements. Manage a prospecting pipeline and develop a sales tracking system to maintain accurate prospect/customer information.
• Meets sales and sales quality goals.
• Sells available insurance products to new customers or services existing customers. Estimates and quotes policy premiums complying with underwriting guidelines.
• Gathers all necessary information to assess if prospective customers meet underwriting guidelines. Contacts appropriate branch staff or division for underwriting guidance when needed.
• Provide solid customer experiences by handling most difficult personal lines cases or directing potential customers to other branch staff or resources for information.
• Develops, maintains, and cultivates community contacts to enhance company visibility and maximize new business opportunities.
• Retains existing accounts by providing excellent customer service and holistic risk assessments. Helps customers prioritize needs.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
• Attention to detail to provide accurate quotes to clients.
• Ability to multi-task on multiple computer systems/screens during a quote.
• Ability to clearly explain insurance concepts and coverages to clients.
Licenses:
- Valid driver's license required plus an acceptable driving record.
- Required by state statutes to have proper insurance licensing to sell, solicit or negotiate insurance products: Property and Casualty, (personal lines authority does not qualify) Life and Health.
- Successfully obtain and maintain property and casualty, life, and health producer licenses for sales and service state(s). Required to pass the state licensing exam for property and casualty, life, and health producer licenses within 60 days of hire date.

In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office in Chandler, AZ.
