Primary Accountabilities
- Product Strategy and Vision:Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for HR technology and people analytics that aligns with the overall business objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Product Roadmap:Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the development and deployment of HR technology solutions and analytics capabilities.
- Project Management:Lead cross-functional teams in the development, testing, and deployment of HR technology solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Data Analytics:Utilize data analytics to drive insights and decision-making and develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to HR and business leaders.
- User Experience:Ensure that HR technology solutions provide a seamless and intuitive user experience for employees and HR professionals.
- Continuous Improvement:Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in HR technology and people analytics and continuously seek opportunities to enhance our capabilities.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills Requirements
- Experience: Background in HR technology, people analytics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:Strong understanding of HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Project Management:Excellent project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Communication:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Leadership:Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.

In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office. Candidates should reside within approximately 35-50 miles of the following office location: Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110.
